1. Turn Bluetooth On and Off

- Tap on the Bluetooth slider to off/white.

8. Hard Reset AirPods

When you hold down the button that is available on the AirPods case, hold it for about 15 seconds until the light flashes and then white. Then you need to follow the onscreen instructions. If it does not work, you can try it again and hold the button for 40-60 seconds. Let light move the amber-then-white cycle five times and then continue.
